• More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before course start: No refund
• No-show: No refund

6.2 Cancellation by Silent Stake

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative course dates.

6.3 Rescheduling

Course rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the course start date and are subject to availability.

7. Course Attendance and Completion

7.1 Attendance Requirements

Students must attend at least 80% of scheduled course hours to receive a certificate of completion.

7.2 Late Arrival and Early Departure

Late arrival or early departure may result in non-completion status. No refunds will be provided for missed portions due to late arrival or early departure.

7.3 Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the course. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal without refund.

All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and digital content, are the intellectual property of Silent Stake and are protected by copyright.
